Torzon employs a strict time-locked escrow standard. Payments are safely held in a neutral balance for a default period of 14 days. If the transit time requires adjustments, basic accounts can extend this timer twice by 7 days. Plus and Premium accounts enjoy up to three extensions (totaling up to 21 additional days). High-trust vendors may receive Early Release (FE) privileges under strict administrative vetting.
In the event of a transaction conflict, a user or vendor can initiate a dispute, which immediately freezes the auto-finalize timer. Our system administrators will review the encrypted PGP message logs between both parties to resolve the dispute impartially. To protect user safety, transferring communications to external apps is strictly forbidden and can result in account suspension.
